Last Saturday night I finally got to see Eraserhead. It was SBS’s cult movie of the week.
Ummm… I get the distinct feeling that I may have wasted ninety minutes of my life watching this movie. At the end when the screen went white and the credits rolled, my mind reviewed the plot, and climactic events leading to the film’s conclusion and I thought… “So?”
So that was the movie from which David Lynch’s career was launched? I really hope it was based on the direction, because in my humble opinion, the story sucked.
