As with the resignation of Ted Baillieu last night, I’m not quite sure what to think about this. I didn’t see what happened next, but heard no crash or sirens, so presumably she made it down the hill okay.
This is the new bit of Bourke Street, in Docklands. I can quite put my finger on why, but I think I prefer the older bit.
I don’t know who or what “Whitehouse” is, but they’ve done a splendid job of restoring the Mail Exchange building — somehow I’ve never noticed it before, possibly because most of the time I walk down Bourke Street near Spencer Street, I’m facing the other way.
