While I have seen him before, this time he made swaying motions as you would on a train. Why is it so damn hard to see the original size image in flickr? Link after link after link… I share Homer’s attitude to these guys. Probably on the Altona loop – all dressed up and not going anywhere….. I’ve seen him before.
