Stationary, of course.
Just walked past him and hour or so ago. While I have seen him before, this time he made swaying motions as you would on a train.
Why is it so damn hard to see the original size image in flickr? Link after link after link…

It’s not intuitive, bu there is an easy way on the normal photo page. Right click and choose ‘Original’ from the pop-up menu.
Forgot to say, I want a newspaper that stays open and straight while I hold it in the air with one hand!
