Last day of the month! Just time for my monthly post of old photos from ten years ago: July 2013.
First a little culture! We went to the Astor Theatre to see a “Shaun Of The Dead” Q&A with Edgar Wright … and Nick Frost and Simon Pegg also showed up!
The Anti-Hate ads and campaign were an attempt to encourage people to (safely) speak up about incidents racism in public places.
Members of the PTUA committee getting a tour of the Regional Rail Link project, at North Melbourne…
…and in Footscray – more pics.
A line-up of Comeng trains at Flinders Street Station.
The Sandridge bridge, with Flinders St in the background.
In 2017, renovation work restored the facade from the mustard colour here, to a more sandy colour.
Every year or two, Yarra Trams will do a new campaign designed to stop motorists crashing into trams. This was the 2013 incarnation.
Some motorists prefer to collide with level crossing boom gates. This one got hit one night at Bentleigh station.
