St George Bank is using the slogan “Big enough. Small enough.”
Which is why this made me laugh:
Clearly, that’s not small enough.
(They’ve taken it down in the last day or two.)

Sorry, I thought it was obvious. The bank’s slogan promotes the fact that they are precisely the right size, but their sign is too big.

I was thinking along those lines, but then my brain said “but their slogan also has the words ‘big enough'”
But now that you clarified it makes sense, and I can see why you laughed, notice how it’s “bent” and forced to take over some of the wall on the right- it’s too big for the window!
